Terms of Order Fulfillment

By placing an order with Minoos Foods, you acknowledge and agree to the following strict fulfillment protocols:

1. Strict No-Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our food products and strict health and hygiene protocols, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Once a food item has left our facility, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or reused.

2. Freshness & Final Sale

All sales are considered Final the moment payment is confirmed.

  • The preparation process begins immediately to ensure freshness and cannot be cancelled.

  • No refunds will be issued for "change of mind" or personal taste preferences.

  • Packaging aesthetics or minor transit wear are not grounds for return or refund.

3. Our Single-Product Focus

Minoos Foods exclusively produces and ships our Signature Crispy Chicken Hot Pockets. Because we handle only one product, there is zero margin for "wrong item" errors at our facility. Consequently, claims for receiving the wrong product are not applicable to our business model.

4. Delivery & Handover

Our legal responsibility for the product is successfully fulfilled the moment it is handed over to the third-party delivery partner.

  • Delivery Logistics: Any issues regarding non-delivery, delays, or mismanagement by the courier are outside of our direct control.

  • Service Liability: We do not provide refunds or replacements for errors, damages, or losses occurring during the delivery process.

5. Customer Acknowledgment

By proceeding with this payment, the customer accepts the product "as is" and agrees to these terms, acknowledging that the transaction is final and non-refundable.
